Quality Workmanship Guarantee

We guarantee the quality of our workmanship for a minimum of 5 years from project completion. If any defect arises from our workmanship during this period, we will return and rectify it at no additional cost to you.

Structural Warranty

All new builds and major structural work carried out by Intelli Design Homes are backed by a 10-year structural warranty covering the integrity of foundations, framing, and primary structural elements.

Transparent Communication

We guarantee clear, honest communication throughout your project. You will receive regular progress updates, and your dedicated project manager is available to answer questions and address concerns at every stage.

Compliance and Standards

All work undertaken by Intelli Design Homes complies with the New Zealand Building Act 2004, the New Zealand Building Code, and all applicable Auckland Council requirements. We obtain all necessary building and resource consents as part of our project management process.
